Another finish!

When I got home from work I decided to sit and stitch a couple of hours so I pulled out Stitchy Kitty St. Paddy;s Shamrock Paw. It was a January Crazy Challenge and also a UFO since I started it in January and haven't touched it since. Then after dinner I pulled it back out and finished it.

I watched:
Live with Regis and Kelly
General Hospital
Charmed
Pretty Little Liars
The Nine Lives of Chloe King

I pulled out what I want to stitch on tomorrow and it is another January Crazy Challenge/UFO It is a Halloween piece and I will be stitching on it through Saturday, if I finish it then I will have 1 more Crazy January Challenge to finish so they will be done by the end of the year, which was the challenge.

Thanks for all the comments, I sooo appreciate them,

Christmas Angel

This is a UFO from an older The Cross Stitcher magazine and is a pattern by Joan Elliott. I have decided to stitch on this for the week of the 25th instead of ornaments. I have soo many ornaments that need to be put into ornaments that I decided to take a break from them. This is what I have done so far
Justin stopped over to visit for a while. Fixed dinner for us. After he left, Allie came over and Dylan, Allie, and I watched The Proposal and it was so good.
I also watched today's General Hospital.

Well I am hoping to stitch on more of this for the week.

Thanks for all the well wish for Dylan, we appreciate them. he is doing better.

a finish

We didn't get the weather that we were supposed to. But still all the schools were closed. Scott took me to work and we drove on the main roads but there was no traffic and it was like that all morning. I work on a main road and we have windows all throughout the building and hardly any traffic, it was eerie. I ended up leaving at noon because we were done.

Came home and I stitched for 4 hours while watching DVR shows.
watched:
Pretty Little Liars
3 episodes of General Hospital

I finished a UFO:
Happy Hallowe'en - RoseMary Peddie
28 ct evenweave
12/12/10 - 2/2/11

Then I pulled out one of my January Challenges, which will be my February ornament.
JCS 1999 Chessie & Me - Chessie's Tree

Well time to play a computer game. Tonight's game is Sea World Adventure Parks Tycoon.

Valentine Kitty Moon is finished!

Today I read all my blogging friend's blogs and commented on some. I love getting comments on mine and I do try to comment on others.

I worked out with the Wii Fit Plus. Really like it.

Tonight's dinner was from the Taste of Home Cooking School Spring magazine. Crab & Spinach quiche, which was very good.

While it was in the oven I watched General Hopsital 4/16 while winding floss on bobbins

Then after dinner I sat down with my ipod and Valentine Kitty Moon, and it is finished. I really like stitching on these. I listened to a few more discs of Rough Country by John Sandford.

Stitchy Kitty Valentine Kitty Moon
28 ct cashel Millenium Blue
DMC, Kreiniks

Then I stitched some more on Stitchy Kitty St. Paddy's Kitty Moon. I will stitch on this some more tomorrow night and Friday night and will hopefully finish it.

I am on a finishing kick so after St. Paddy's Kitty Moon I will finish up last month's ornament and then start this month's ornament. Then onto a UFO. Not sure which one. I thought of pulling out my oldest one. That would be Rocky Mountain Christmas by Marty Bell. But Christmas Angel is calling my name and so is I Shall Wear Purple, or maybe even Mirabilia's Winter Queen. Hmmm. Tough decisions lol.

Snowy day

The day started clear and Scott took me to work since we knew the storm was coming. We got to work at 8:00 and him and Dylan took off for the Rez to get cigarettes. Schools had already closed all around us for the oncoming storm. Well I got a txt message that they didn't make it to the Rez. Within 30 minutes the roads were already dicey and they saw a car flipped over. My supervisor decided to close the lab so Scott picked me up. Got home and did a little straightening up. Got caught up on blog reading and started stitching The Storyteller with the Let's Stitch blog. I managed to finish stitching up one section with the backstitching and then stitched up another section. This is my Friday piece in rotation.
I also took pics of the storm but need to upload them onto my computer. My car is pretty buried out there. Justin actually came home around 7:30 from work and slid right into the yard.
Watched:
General Hospital
A Dennis The Menace Christmas
Ghost Whisperer

and listened a little bit to the audiobook.

Tuesday's Winter Queen

This is Mirabilia's Winter Queen and I started her a couple of years ago. I have decided to stitch on her on Tuesdays, when I can. Mirabilia is one of my favorite designers and I can't wait to get back to her.

We have a winter weather advisory until noon on Wednesday. 4-6" of snow and will get worse after midnight and traveling for work in the morning will be treacherous. It is 10:26 pm and my car is already getting covered.

Tonight I watched General Hospital and the ending of Legend. Not much else going on today. I wish I had gotten more stitching time in but it is better than nothing.

Rocky Mountain Christmas

I started Rocky Mountain Christmas by Marty Bell on January 1, 2001. I haven't stitched on it since 2006. I am putting it in my rotation for Mondays. The top half is almost done.

I started listening to The Winding Ways Quilt by Jennifer Chiaverini and enjoying it like I have all her other books in the series.

Tonight I watched General Hospital and then I Want a Dog For Christmas, Charlie Brown.
