Homicide cop Eve Dallas and her billionaire husband, Roarke, are building a brand-new school and youth shelter. Roarke and Eve know about the bad side of life, with drugs and gangs Put into the mix we learn that no matter how hard you think you are out of the gang, the gang will never let you go.
