Happy Halloween!!

Last week I stitched on Joan Elliott's Christmas Angel. I love stitching on her.
Yesterday I pulled out LK Halloween Rules. I am moving along on this one.

Friday night I went to Michael's to learn to make beaded jewelry. This class was using memory wire and I made a bracelet with autumn colors. Can't wait to make more.

Saturday was a PJ day for me. I stitched all day and watched TV shows on the DVR. Scott and Dylan had to go to NJ and pick up Dylan's bed and speakers. They were stored at a friend's house. When they got there the weather wasn't to bad but they got nailed with the snow storm, on the way back. They left around 3am and got home around 6pm. I took Scott out for dinner, since his birthday is today, yes a Halloween baby.

This week I will be stitching on HAED QS Fragile Heart and you know how much I love stitching on her.

Oh and another 2 lb loss in Weight Watchers, woot woot!!

Thanks for all the comments. I love them all. I was 2 weeks behind in reading blogs but yesterday I got caught up on most of them and I did some more today.

Halloween and Rapunzel

Last week I stitched on HAED Rapunzel and got quite a few blocks done on her. November and December I am going to stitch 2 weeks, on her, each month.

Saturday Scott and I went to the Public Market and I bought a lot of fresh fruit and veggies, salmon, swordfish steaks, pierogies and a couple of other things. Then I went and visited with my cousin, who is out from Colorado, this week. It was good to see him.

Sunday I went grocery shopping, with Justin, at our local Wegman's and went to their biggest grocery store. OMG I was amazed. I shop in their other grocery stores but never this big one. I could have spent all day in there lol.
I came home and did laundry while stitching and watching TV. I finished Scare A Crow in LK Halloween Rules. Next Sunday I will work on the border and the next chart.

Tonight I am watching TV and stitching on Joan Elliott's Christmas Angel.

Time has been flying by

I always want to post but never seem to have the time. The first thing that I want to say is I finished my last Crazy January Challenge of the year!! woohoo!! Here it is, Shepherd's Bush Autumn

The week before I stitched some more on HAED QS Fragile Heart, I just want to eat this one up lol. Just LOVE her!!!
Sunday was more stitching on LK Halloween Rules

This week is HAED Rapunzel and will post a pic soon of how I am doing on this one.

I finished the audiobook, Scarpetta by Patricia Cornwell and am now listening to Scarpetta Factor.

Justin bought Sims3 Pets expansion pack so I am learning how to play with that. I love Sims2 and Sims3 and I try to fit in an hour every day. Usually right before I go to bed.

I am co owner of a Yahoo group called Stitching Sisters. We are looking for new members who will be active and post at least once a week. We have SALs and Challenges but are not a requirement to be part of the group. It is a small group and used to be very busy but the last couple of years has been dead so we are revamping things and would love you to join. Please click on the link above and give us a try, we don't bite. Well.....maybe a nibble once in a while lol.

new stash and WIP pics

I have made myself a personal goal which will have a tab on my blog to read all about.

This is stash that I bought in the month of September.

Just Cross Stitch Halloween Collection

Just Cross Stitch Halloween October issue

Just Cross Stitch Ornament issue

Cross Stitch Card Shop - my friend Gail had a subscription to these and I fell in love with them.

Mystic Stitch Fractal patterns and bookmarks

I saw these Fractal patterns in the Nordic Needle catalog and loved the bookmarks and the purple flower looking one. Then Dylan saw the other one and would like that.

Last week I stitched all week on Joan Elliott's Christmas Angel. I was home sick most of last week so in between naps I did get quite a bit done and I didn't go any wheres on Saturday so I could rest and just stitched and watched Elizabeth Taylor movies all day.

I ended up watching:
National Velvet
Father of The Bride
Father's Little Dividend

Then Sunday I pulled out LK Halloween Rules. I finished Haunted House and started the border for the next one.
I watched Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Sunday's episode of Desperate Housewives.

I still have a few more Elizabeth Taylor movies to watch. They were on TMC after she died. They had 24 hours of her movies so I DVRd a few and am now finally , watching them.

This week I am stitching on HAED QS Fragile Heart.

Last night I watched :
General Hospital
The Lying Game
House
DVRd:
Hart of Dixie

Have a great evening,
Shelleen
