Last week I stitched on HAED Rapunzel and got quite a few blocks done on her. November and December I am going to stitch 2 weeks, on her, each month.
Saturday Scott and I went to the Public Market and I bought a lot of fresh fruit and veggies, salmon, swordfish steaks, pierogies and a couple of other things. Then I went and visited with my cousin, who is out from Colorado, this week. It was good to see him.
Sunday I went grocery shopping, with Justin, at our local Wegman's and went to their biggest grocery store. OMG I was amazed. I shop in their other grocery stores but never this big one. I could have spent all day in there lol.
I came home and did laundry while stitching and watching TV. I finished Scare A Crow in LK Halloween Rules. Next Sunday I will work on the border and the next chart.
Tonight I am watching TV and stitching on Joan Elliott's Christmas Angel.
Stitching looks good, Shelleen.
ReplyDeleteLooking very nice!
ReplyDeleteLooks really cool so far, can't wait to see more.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo-awesome finish and progress on Rapunzel!
ReplyDeleteLove your LK Halloween Rules. I stitched Christmas Rules last year, and keep getting tempted with this one.
ReplyDeleteVery nice!! Have you seen the new frame specifically for "Halloween Rules". About $50, so is a bit pricy for this piece I think.
ReplyDeleteLove and Hugs!!

Both look great Shelleen. My friend Randi ordered Halloween Rules in her recent shopping spree, and I think both that and Christmas Rules are cute. (Of course, they are bigger than your typical LK project, so that may have something to do with it, lol.) Grats on your recent finish too!! And HUGE grats on finishing the CJC. You're my hero!!
ReplyDeleteGreat Job on your WIP's....love them Shelleen...you are doing a fantastic job on both of them. You really amaze me with all of your stitching.
ReplyDeleteTake care & Happy Stitching

ReplyDeleteGreat job on all your progress Shelleen. I love Rapunzel the colours on the ornate thingy is fantastic as is your stitching! I've seen Halloween rules on the cross stitch websites and I thought it was so cool but just couldn't justify anymore stash. So I'm really really glad you are doing it so I can enjoy watching. Ooh sorry that sounded a little creepy, but it is about Halloween so bwah hah ha ha! LOL!
ReplyDeleteYour progress on the HAED looks great and I have been tempted to get this LK or the older banner type pattern for Halloween she did. I just can't decide!
