The other day I was given a gift of a new HAED chart. It is Faces of Faery 66
So after a lot of consideration, I decided to start a new piece and stitch on it through all of the Olympics. I don't ever watch Summer Olympics, I LOVE Winter Olympics. But this year I decided to and it was another first of ever watching the Opening Ceremonies and they were awesome! I was in awe of the whole thing. I have watched the US get a lot of medals, today. So here is where I am at tonight with this piece.
There are large blocks of color so I am hoping to have more progress reports this week.
I have also decided to try a rotation after the Olympics are over. I have it written down and can't wait. Maybe have more finishes done this way and will be able to fit in smalls.
Thanks for visiting and for the comments.
Can't wait to see more of this one. Great new start!

Oooooh, a rotation, what fun. I hope you enjoy it, Shelleen. And so far, it's looking great. Love the kitty in this one. He's darling. (I have a thing for black cats, what can I say.)

ReplyDeleteThis is the first time in I don't know how long that I'm missing the Olympics because I can't get ABC on my TV. To see it on the 'net, you have to have cabe which I don't have. Boo.
