My rating: 5 of 5 stars
This is a short novella that I thoroughly enjoyed. Beckham ad Meadow are at a wedding and that is where this story starts. He asked her to dance and then he kissed her. She was shocked and ran away. He knows he shouldn't have asked her to dance and the kiss was a mistake but he can't get her out of his mind. These 2 have such horrible pasts that they are trying to hide and move on from. The thing is He knows who Meadow is but she doesn't know who he is. Meadow had been hurt by so many people in her past both physically and mentally that she finds it hard to trust.
