This was a quick read. Michael Gallagher hasn't seen Shay Angel in 8 years. He was from a well known family and she was from the wrong side of the tracks. He didn't care about any of that until Shay ended up in jail.
Michael is now back in town and Shay ends up missing and he wants to find her and see if there is still something there but the only thing is he is now a District Attorney,
His wedding is off and his ex took everything he cared about. Now he sees Shay and not sure what his feelings are for her and what he should do about it.
