Book Review: The Sea Glass Cottage by RaeAnne Thayne

The Sea Glass Cottage

Opening up to a new future…
The life Olivia Harper always dreamed of isn’t so dreamy these days. The long work days are unfulfilling, as is her relationship with her on-again, off-again boyfriend. So when her estranged mother, Juliet, has an accident Olivia heads home to Sea Glass Cottage. Here she can clear her head and help her mother look after her orphaned niece Caitlin.
Cape Sanctuary is a beautiful town, but one that holds painful memories for Olivia, Juliet and Caitlin Harper. But as Olivia tries to balance her own needs with those of her injured mother and her resentful fifteen-year-old niece, it becomes clear that all three Harper women have been keeping heartbreaking secrets from one another.
Surrounded by her family and friends, including her best friend’s brother, and local fire chief, Cooper Vance, Olivia finds happiness can come at life’s most unexpected moments.

                         MY REVIEW:

My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Such a great story of loss and hurt feelings.
Olivia was called back home because her mom,Juliet, had fallen off a ladder and needed help at home. Also Juliet owns a garden store and needed Olivia to step in and help out with that. Little did she know that her teenage crush,Cooper, would be there as well. Juliet was also raising her teenage granddaughter, Caitlin, who is also brooding after finding out a few things.
Juliet is in love with her best friend Henry, who had been married to her best friend. Her best friend had died several years prior. Henry and Juiiet had gotten close but fighting their feelings. Also Juliet is older and also hiding another secret,
Olivia just wants her mom to get better so she can move back home and to her job in Seattle but she is also hiding something that happened to her a few weeks ago. Cooper and Olivia also grow closer together.
Caitlin is also trying to find out who her father is.
There was so much going on that I just kept yelling that all 3 women needed to sit down and talk and get everything out in the open,
I received this from NetGalley for review.
