organizing and rotation

I have about an hour left of stitching on the ornament for the exchange but found my eyelids closing tonight so will finish it tomorrow and then mail it on Saturday.

I got all the 600s of floss on bobbins and in the Jammers box. A few of them I had 10 of each. The 700s will take me a couple of weeks I think. That bag is really full and will fill one side of the Jammers box.

I have also changed my stitching rotation. I had to do it to make it easier for me. I love the Let's Stitch blog and haven't done the Friday night stitch a thon because I chose a big project. Work is usually busy on Fridays and I dreaded stitching that night. So now I am picking simple things that have been kitted up for years. So now my new rotation:
Mondays- alternate between Rocky Mountain Christmas and The Storyteller
Tuesdays - Mirabilia Winter Queen - when done then UFO Ice Angel
Wednesdays - Night Before Christmas - when done then will be UFO I Shall Wear Purple
Thursdays - The Christmas Angel
Fridays - cute, quicker pieces
Saturdays - Incentive pieces with Only One Ewe BB - Quilt Sampler , M Designs Halloween Tree
Sundays - Halloween designs

  3. I think I have to start with a rotation too. I have different WIP now, and keep stitching on the same one. It would be better to do a rotation. I won't get bored and everything will be finished.

  5. I made a rotation list for myself, and I've added it to my blog to force myself to stick to it. Good job on the floss organizing!

  6. Shelleen...I'm curious - what are Jammers Boxes and what do they look like? Are you talking about the Darice Floss Storage Box with the individual Compartments or what?

I am so glad that you are getting yourself Organized and that you are getting your Rotation in line.

Good Job in your Stitching too and Good Progress.

    Take care & Happy Stitching

P.S. Thanks for all of your Comments...I really appreciate them very much.
