Changing some ideas

on my craft room. After seeing a few others and since my room is small I want to do a change. I am not going to leave the craft table out all the time. Takes up most of a wall space. I will leave it out til I am done sewing for a while or when done scrap booking for a while. I want to get a "Happy Chair" in there so I can sit and stitch. I thought about a TV but not much room so I will set up my laptop and can watch DVDs or movies/TV shows online or listen to my audio books. This is all going to be slow going since it takes money and I can only spend a little at a time. My main object is to get the shelves up and my crafts organized. I also am getting a new floor.

Thank you for all of the prayers for my MIL. She gets to go home Wednesday. She is walking and may need to lean on FIL and she was told to walk slow and think about what she is doing. I am happy for her.

Tonight I stitched on a RR while watching TV and listening to my audio book.

General Hospital
House - season premier and really good.

Audio book:
The Shack - William P. Young

Counting down to Friday when I get to finally meet an online friend , that I have known for 11 years. Another one of our friends is bringing her so I get to meet Gail as well. I have only known her for 1-2 years. Stitching and stash shopping this weekend, woohoo!!

I'm glad to hear your mother in law is doing well enough to come home.

I'd love to see before, in progress, and after pictures of your space.

Good ideas on your craft room! A Happy chair really makes things nice. And the longer it takes you to get it all done, the more fun you will have in the planning and results.

Good news about your MIL - sounds like she is a quick study on that walking thing.

Enjoy your weekend!

Good news abotu your MIL....I am so glad she is improving.... I love my craft room roo..Unlike some, minen is a small bedroom which I have converted..Once you get a rhythm with what you really really want in there, things will fall into place...Since my wall space is so limited, I didnt have too many options....Good luck with it. I cant wait to see how things turn out.. Maybe you will inspire me to "tweek" my craft room!! Take care, Faye

I love your ideas for the craft room. Would love to have the space, just have to wait a few years for the kids to move out.
