I stitched on this a little bit tonight. I was listening to The Husband by Dean Koontz, which is really good. Then I watched Friday's episode of General Hospital, which I am getting bored with.
I took off yesterday from work as I got free tickets for the Erie County Fair. It was 1 1/2 hours away. Kasey Kahne, from Nascar, was signing autographs but the line was so long that by the time we got there they were turning people away. I did get a couple of pics though and will have to share them this week.
The weather was perfect today. Not to hot and no rain. I did get the dishes washed and some laundry washed. I see more bloggers are posting here and I want to thank you for all the comments. It means alot to me. I have added some of you to my favorites, who I have never visited before.
Dylan got a Florida Peninsula Cooter Turtle last week and so I need to look up on how to take care of it just so I have some knowledge myself.
great progress!
ReplyDeleteHi Shelleen,
ReplyDeleteThe weather here in NY has just been spectacular hasn't it!?! Can't last much longer. I afraid.
I really like the way your Santa looks on the natural linen. I think it makes the difference sometimes whether something is a cute, trendy bauble or a true heirloom and a keeper!
If someone were to look at your Santa in 2020, they wouldn't know whether it was made in 2008 or 1950! That's what makes it a keeper!
He is growing. Looks great.
ReplyDeleteGreat progress!
ReplyDeleteI love the Santa! The colors really pop on that fabric.
ReplyDeleteGreat progress. It's going to look stunning on that favorite. I look forward to more updates on him.
ReplyDeleteThis is looking good. I too love General Hospital.
