A great day

I went to Curves this morning and then afterwards a few of us went out for breakfast. We go every 4th Wednesday of the month. Had alot of laughs and fun. It was beautiful out and got close to 50 out :-) Pulled out L&L Ice Angel around 1 pm and was on a stitching roll and did not want to put it down to work on....

Snowy Forest Evening Stocking. Then I got stitching on this and did not want to put it down. I have 4 big pieces going that i want to finish and I hate stitching on 2 other projects because of all the color changes.
Thanks for the comments that you have all been leaving for me or even emailing me your commments. I appreciate them very much.

Nothing on TV tonight as everything was repeats, been like that all week.

Tomorrow is RR and JCS ornament day :-)

  4. Hi Shelleen,

Sounds like a good day and your stitching is lovely. Sorry to hear of the TV repeats. I live in Australia so Lost was not a repeat but I think we are way behind you. The one this week was only the 4th episode in Season 2. I have to avoid a lot of websites in the States as I don't want to find out what is happening before I see it:)

  5. Thankx for sharing your progress!

I've never tried L&L -- I'm not much for tons of color changes.

  6. Hi Shelleen - I must have miscommunicated in my post - Mike did run this by me before doing it (buying the car, putting the Corvette up for sale - oh, what he bought was a 2006 or 2007 Chrysler 300c SRT8) - it didn't matter much that I preferred he not sell, as he was so dead set on it. I also didn't say that financially this was wiser - he traded in his 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and is selling the Vette, narrowing us down to one car payment instead of two for him... it is more the emotional aspect of his selling the car I gave him for his birthday.... but he feels practicality rules over emotions - he's not wrong, I am just being very, very girly about this whole thing :-) Ugh, I hate the new car! It looks like it belongs to an older person, despite all its fancy bells and whistles.
