Mondays Musings

The beginning of the week, no school today or tomorrow due to President's Day. Went to Curves in the morning and then back home to clean and stitch. I got a late start on stitching. I started Debbie Mumm's Package ornament and just got the bow done on it.

Then at 4 I pulled out the sports ornaments. I started the baseball bat and ran out of 435, I have thousands of extra floss in my house but not this color. Then I stitched up Volleyball and then Basketball. Started football and my time was up for the night.

Movies watched last week:

Monster-In-Law

War of the Worlds

Millions(stupid)

Mr & Mrs Smith

I started reading:
Girls In Pants the Third Summer of the Sisterhood by Ann Brashares and I am enjoying this book.

Just about all of my TV shows this week are repeats or not on. But 24 was on tonight and it was awesome!

Tomorrow is UFO for half a day which is Marty bell's Rocky Mountain Christmas. Then the other half is a SAL with the Stitching Sisters and that is I Shall Wear Purple, by Sue Hillis.

Carol, I would love to stitch revelations with you but it may have to wait at least a year. I would fit it in where TW The Storyteller is and I just started that LOL. We can discuss it though. I never realized how many pages there were and thought ok I can do this and then realized that the chart is printed on both side, oy vey.

  1. Hi Shelleen, But the question regarding Jimmie is did he or didn't he know that his crew chief was cheating? If NASCAR rules that they feel he knew, he will be penalized. I have no clue if he knew and would not judge that in any way. I don't like or hate him either. But I do hate cheating. He did run a car during qualifying that was deemed to be illegal. I am wondering how he could not know that... but NASCAR gets to decide that. That's what the media is all over and I can see their point...
