Friday Stitch A Thon

I was supposed to stitch on an ornament Thursday in honor of Christmas but I came home sick from work. So I ended up sleeping all day. Then Friday I stayed home sick and slept most of the day. I ended up pulling out the ornament around 7pm for my Friday night Stich a Thon, with the Yahoo group and Let's Stitch blog. So this is how much I got done.

It is LHN Pear Tree Ornament from the JCS 2006 issue. I did this and watched TV all night. Started out watching Smallville and then all of this week's General Hospital episodes. Stopped stitching around 12:30. I am hoping to finish it today and listen to the audiobook Fire & Ice by J.A. Jance.

We ended up getting about a foot of snow. Schools were closed and it snowed all day and is still snowing. So I have no plans to go anywheres. Besides my sinuses are still kicking my bitt and will send Scott to the store for some meds. The sinuses are draining and making me nauseous. Everything tastes yucky so I haven't eaten much. Scott made me mashed potatoes because they sounded really good, yuck tastes like salt. The saltine crackers that I have , all I taste is the salt. By 5:00 is was starving. Scott wanted chicken fingers and fries and I wanted mozzarella sticks and they tasted so good and I even had a chicken fingers. Now I am hungry for breakfast and I still feel my sinuses draining. I used to love Sudafed but they took out 1 ingredient and it no longer works for me so I have to find a new medicine.
