Been busy

I have had a pretty busy few days.
Thursday:
I got home and a check Justin was waiting for came in. So I borrowed money to buy myself a new laptop. It is an Asus and has windows7, which I am still learning how to use.

Friday:
I told hubby that I wanted to stitch all night and watch my TV shows but that didn't happen as none of the shows were on due to the telethon for Haiti. So I finished listening to Dead Wrong by J.A. Jance while stitching on HAED Aurora's Garden. This is her so far.

Saturday:
I took hubby to the movies as I really wanted to see Avatar 3D. The Imax is sold out til who knows when but the Regal had the 3D. I have never seen a 3D movie before and it was awesome! I loved the movie and afterwards hubby informed me that he didn't really want to go but was really glad that he did as he enjoyed the movie as well. Then we went to Five Guys for a burger and fries. I had been to the one by Myrtle Beach and just found out that one was here. Love their cajun fries. Came home and played on my computer. No stitching for the day.

Today:
went and got some groceries. Then stitched on LK Boo Flip Its. I also watched The Final Destination, Vampire Diaries, and Supernatural. Then I started Damage Control by J.A. Jance. As you can see I did pretty well on progress of the LK Boo.
Tomorrow is JCS ornament day and in honor of Christmas I will either play a little Christmas music or watch a Christmas special on DVD. Anyone want to join me?

  1. I'm glad you both enjoyed Avatar. Greg and I should see it on the big screen. Maybe we'll do that soon!

    Nice progress on your stitching!

  3. Yay! I'm glad that you finally got to see the movie! Thank God for books on cd. If it wasn't for that, I probably wouldn't do much "reading". LOL! Your HAED is looking great! Thanks for becoming a follower by the way.

  4. You have been a busy girl! I would join you with the Christmas thing but I'm still recovering from Christmas and just the thought of it makes me cringe. Enjoy though!

  7. Nice stitching progress. I probably won't go see Avatar, but I've heard it's really good. Must be since it's going to beat out Titanic for the top grossing movie in history.
